- "Perspectives/Relationships": Consider different viewpoints and connections.
For example, before responding emotionally to an upsetting email, pause to list all factors at play—your mood, triggers, past experiences—and consider the other person’s perspective. This mapping can turn reactive moments into thoughtful responses.
